They have charged $12 without my authorization. This site/company is typically doing identity theft stuffs, CheapTicket.com is helping them by providing personal information

They have charged $12 without my authorization. This site/company is typically doing identity theft stuffs, and they said I have subscribed for their services from CheapTicket.com, so without my acknowledgement CheapTicket.com is helping them by providing their customers personal information including their credit card info, address and email.

I have checked the www.reservationrewards.com, and it simple looks like a site made for scamming. I have disputed my $12 and asked for canceling my membership if I have any, because they will take $12 every month for some Bulls* reward points???
