For 2 years I have been pursuing GE Capital Cons Cardco regarding a bill I paid in full but they refuse to acknowledge as paid. Although I have faxed and mailed copies of the cancelled money orders on several occasions, GE Capital has not replied.

A collection agency hired by GE Capital harasses me and my family with threatening mail and letters.
