$1064.76 Notice for Long Beach Address, Never Lived There

Afni, Inc. attempted to collect $1064.76 by forwarding me by mail fraudulent collection notice in behalf of verizon. When I contacted the company informing them that I never had a phone turned on at that address nor did I have any family there. The rep proceeded to read off names I am not familiar with. They had information on past employment, the year i lived there in Long Beach; however never at the address they had mentioned. I will keep the letter head forwarded by them 4 future action to be taken. The name I use to utilize before my legal name change was Bruce [removed] and this is the name the Afni, Inc. has filed there fraudulent collection claim against me under.
