I was charged $15.99 on my credit card on February 4. When I noticed the charge I called the company at 888-434-0055 and was told they could not do anything for me, that I had to contact my credit card company. I began to explain to SCI Stamps, that i did not order their product nor did I ever receive their product and they said, "deal with your credit card company" and then hung up the phone. So I am in the process of dealing with my credit card company, but I am not happy with the way the company deals with individuals that they rip off.
