Hi, my name is Ron and I too was scammed by Plaza Hotels earlier today. I thought it was too good to be true after purchase so i decided to check them out on the internet after contacting my mother about the cruise line. I found this here website and immediately went to the bank and cancelled my card. Afterwards, I called the customer service number they provided and asked for a full refund and to cancel my trip. All they did was pass me on to different representatives. Eventually, a sales rep said they would refund half of what i paid and would only be able to retain the rest if I was unsatisfied with my vacation trip. I will comply with others to take this company down and or find a way to recieve full refund for others and myself
