AP9 Shopping Essentials
Billing my credit card

Was checking my statement from Bank of America (BOA) credit card and noticed a charge of 9.95 to AP9 shopping essentials. I checked back to 12/07 and 1/08 and there is was again? What is going on here. Don't know this company and I called BOA to check on the charges. They said they have had numerous complaints about this and would "put the charges in dispute" but I should call them. I called AP9 essentials and they said I was a customer of theirs since 12/07 and that I signed up on line for "20% shopping savings".

I disputed their claim that I was a customer and they refused to credit my account 9.95 X 3 but they would cancel the account.

I notified the attorney generals office in PA and we'll see what happens. I also made sure BOA accepted no charges from this company on my credit card.
*the other funny thing about this company is they have numerous 800 and 888 numbers and they are all different. I will be doing a little more research on my own. Also, everyone who answers the phone is a foreigner, mmmm, out of the USA scam?
