Ripoff AND A $500 REFUND rip off scam con artists

Well a year ago warrenty usa call me and ask me would i consider signing up for there warrenty plan platnum coverage good for 1oo, 000 miles or the year of 8-23. At the cost of a $1ooo sum dollards so i paid half of the money of $500.00. So every time i called back there under chapter 11 and that they will get back with me no 1 never did. So thats all im asking is for my sum of $500.00 back.
