False information on warranty. I was told i had a 5 year warrenty and they are backing up due to excuses and changing there story around in order not to pay fo

In 2007 I had 2 crowns with a 5 year warranty. March & july. On that same year I had an tooth extraction and a root canal. The root canal was done a few months after the crown was put in on the same tooth.in June i went back due to a crack on the crown half of the crown fell off. Upon going back to coast dental. The assistant Mr. Julio Torres upon reading why I was there he gave me a negative respond without looking at my chart. He said we wont be able to do anything about it? (that comment really got me upset due to he did'nt even looked at my tooth and already said they cant fix it). I had xrays done and Mr torres starting discussing a price to fix it. I told him I have a 5 yesr warrenty. Mr. Torres left the room for a while than came back and agree about the 5 year.

2 weeks later I went back to start with the crown and I was told by Mr. Torres that they are sorry but, they will not be able to fix my crown because I have only 1 year warranty. I said no its 5 years. Dr Barr came in to see me and said I heard about s years but, they are not doing that no more. I said well when did they stopped because I was told 5 years. They said the called DDS labs and confimed It was 1 year. I wanted a statement confirming the information and they declined.

I called the Corp office and spoke to Mrs. Teressa Veese she took my statement and told me to call her back. Upon calling Mrs Veese she confimed on the 5 years but, Mr Torres told her that I refused cleaning and that's why I broke the consent rule and I dont qualify for 5 years. I told her that dont make sense, i paid almost $800 for 2 crowns and that is rediculous. Thay are trying to get out of paying for my crown. Mrs Veese took there side due to they say I sign the consent form informing me about all the rules and regulation. I told her it dont say If i dont go for cleaning that i loose the warrenty.
