I made a several attempts to reach cec after posting a report here. I called several times before I was finally put through with a wait time of 30 minutes. (on hold) After I was put through to a real person he was very rude, non professional and no help. They informed me that I was behind on payments. Yes I would agree partially on that. I did stop putting money in my account for the mere fact that one when I called they never returned my phone call, two what was supposed to be shipped to me several weeks prior never was and three was very mislead but I only assume well trained con artist. I was told through cec that my payments were late on numerous occasions, but keep in mind they were drafted through my account. Hmmmm very inlighting never to know this until I reached them today Feb. 25th 2008 they informed me that I had my first late payment on Nov. 9th I then proceeded to ask why was I never informed of this via mail nor phone. They informed me that was not their job to do so. But kept taking money all the way through the begining of Jan. My bank statements support the drafts. They have 631.00 0f my money in ther possesion, and since I signed a contract I have two choices one to pay for the computer or two lose my 631.00. At this point I am starting drafts again and hopefully one day will get my computer. I just dot know why they are so hostile and defensive if they are innocent of any wrong doing. It seems to me they know they are to blame even partially but no they say it was my wrong doing. Please dont be mislead by these kind of companies they prey on people who need that extra little help and take what they can. If anything I hope people double check companies such is this, before giving away any money, time or anything else. Beware of cec solutions!!!
