Elegant letter false and misleading information, utah under investigation for false prosectution and abuse of power

I find it interesting how our government has infiltrated the US Justice system with millions of actions monthly against citizens suspect of generating revenue and job security. It is widespread. I have read that a high per cent of people are serving time for crimes that they did not do. The state of Utah Department of Securities is presently under a serious investigation for false prosecution and abuse of its power. Yet, I find reports that they have filed against citizens and I wonder how many of these people are guilty or victims.

The director Wayne Klein was terminated (Resgined?) and his boss is quoted as telling her employee's not be be concerned if the accused are guilty or if the accusations against citizens are legal, to just do as your told and prosecute them?

The investigation is being conducted by the House of Represenatives and the Senate led by (R) Jim Bird. Its especially interesting considering that Utah presents the state as a good Mormon State with moral affiars as a key priority.
