Both 'Privacy Matters' and 'Credit Diagnosis 'charged my credit card; one for $14.95 and the other for $29.95, without my knowledge or authorization.
No one answers the phone after ten (10) minutes of being on hold.
I never heard of these 'companies' nor did I seek them out for any service.
