Sent me free trial, then charged me $69.95 without me ever ordering, e-mails returned and said they have no record of credit card

I simply signed up for free 90 day offer, 1 month to the date of shipment i was checking my bank account and relizedi had a charge of $69.95 taken out of my account and caused me to be over drawn and charged me $35.00. I searched on the internet and got their number, i called and a man asked me for my first six digits of my credit card and then asked for the last four digits he then asked for my name, i waited and he proceeds to tell me theres no record of my name or credit card, i was getting very angry because i am disabled and very much on a fixed income, so i said someone has the information you took money out of my account, i also asked for a telephone so i said i want this to be recorded and i want this canceled today Feb. 18 he says mamam how can i cancel if i have no record of you, so he says you will have to e-mail to support@PureMeds.com, i was angry and i said they will not answer me back, he says yes they will, guess what! E-mail returned. I asked for a telephone number and he says i am not allowed to give out that information. I will proceed to the bank and file fraud charges, if i could find a lawyer to help me i will sue. Thanks
