After multiple phone confimations an submission of drawings and specs, he takes your payments the proceeds to keep you hanging on during repeated delays and excuses when delivery dates are missed.
Calls to a supplier where he said he ordered parts for the tub revealed that no parts were ever ordered.
Rediculous excuses were given for every delay.
When photos of your finished tub were requested, stock photos were substituted.
