Billing Checking Account Bogusly!

On Feb. 5th I was billed $1.95 and then again on Feb. 5th my checking account was credited for $1.95 and then on Feb. 6th I was billed again. What is going on? They have no phone number I can call listed and no city, the only thing I know they are in Utah. There is no web site posted either. Mystery to me and aggravating as the devil.
