Passive Profits
Charges unauthorized $39.90 a month, but I found them

Like so many of you I ordered a "free" CD and gave these guys my credit card number to cover "shipping and handling." They billed me $39.90 which I disputed and the bank resolved. They billed me again. The bank was unable to contact Passive Profits and it seemed hopeless.

Some research led me to The Real Success Institute at 10542 South Jordan Gateway, Suite 200 in South Jordan, Utah 84095. The number for Customer Service there is 1-800-709-7344.

I called and the lady who answered found my account on her computer and cancelled the charge and gave me a cancellation number. I then called my bank and gave them that number. Good luck.
