Never ordered and sent disk back still being billed

Since I ordered a get rich with Google cd, I have been getting billed by BSM Grant. I have been charged $39.95 on my credit card 2 months in a row. And etwork Agenda has charged my credit card $7.95 for 2 months in a row. I never have requested anything from either of these 2 companies. BSM Grant sent me a cd. I didn't even open it. I returned it to sender. I have no use for, and am not looking for any grants. When I called BSM's toll free number 866370722, a recording came on that a text message would be sent to my cell phone. The text message I got wanted me to join some club for $9.95 a month. I got the text message and replied to stop. I don't want to be charged any more.
