Great Fun made 5 unauthorized charges to my credit card. After looking into the company I quickly found it is a scam that is world wide

I noticed that my credit card had been charged several times for $9.99 each time. I originally thought the first charge was possible a Christmas gift I had bought and had just forgotten the venders name. I forgot about the original charge and did not realize until I checked my account on-line that the charges had been made over the past few months. I called the company which was Great Fun.

They said I have agreed to an account with them. I never opened any account with them and have never heard of them until now. I requested that they reimburse me for the charges and I was told that they would only send me credit vouchers which I could redeem by sending them receipts of restaurant purchases amounting in more than $10. I refused to take the reimbursement from them in this manner and requested they credit my card for the total amount of unauthorized purchase they had made. I was referred to their Executive Support Division and they told me the same thing.

I looked up the company which has an address in Ohio and one in Connecticut and there have been numerous complaints filed against them with the BBB. The Attorney General in several States have filed suit against this company for this practice. There are even business that they have defrauded. I added my complaint with all the others with the BBB in Oh. And Ct. I have reported them to the Texas Attorney General's Office as well.
