Unauthorized charges!

I ordered several items off the internet around Christmas. When I checked my credit card bill I assumed it was something that I had purchased. I just realized that my card has been charged at least 4 times. I called the Great Fitness who basically said it was an agreement I made when I ordered from CustomDirect. I have never ordered from them. Great Fitness will not refund my money but did offer to give me vouchers that I could mail in with receipts of new purchases I made. $10. For 4 different purchases. Not acceptable. This is such a scam.
