Scam artists! Money grubbers

It amazes me that I have to pay this company $10.00 over the internet to make a payment! They say because it's a fast pay system... So I asked where the slow pay one was for free. Of course they do not have one. So you have to pay money to pay them more money. Yeah that makes sense!

And we are refinancing the house. Lo and Behold they charge you $10.00 when the new lender calls and asks them info. HUH? Man anything to get as much money from the little guy.

And the gentleman I talked to was rude and said that that was industry policy and many companies do it. So I asked him which ones and he couldn't think of any at that moment.
