Holding back the money either because company engages in unethical behaviour as standard practice OR possibly racism

We used to generated leads for LoanWeb.com (IHomeowner). We worked for almost 5months but their CEO John Hasenauer used to tell us that they will be releasing payments soon... But that day never come.

Now he stopped taking our calls and also not replying to our emails about our pending payments (40k US$). Contract was signed between Loanweb and our US marketing Mark World (Gordon Mckenna).

We also come to know that this company is holding payments of lots of vendors. We havent got our payments from last 8months. We tried to co-operate with the owners, but they kept doing false promises.

I believe theyre holding back the money either because this company engages in unethical behaviour as standard practice OR it has to do with prejudice & possibly racism due to the Indian operations address provided in the account.

This is unacceptable, unethical and we have already began to contact the media through our local chief in the US who happens to also be a lawyer with a powerful legal team behind him who fight for racism related issues. I feel that the media will love to hear that www.loanweb.com is a racist company.

While the amount (40k US $) is small - because of the complete absurdity and lack of customer sensitivity shown by Loanweb - we will take time out to take this issue on full-time here and in other forums.
