Threatened to contact my payroll and charge me 69.00 pounds constant letters to my email address

Poundstillpayday have not given me any help, I have only missed one months payment and was willing to set up a direct debit for it to be taken this month, until I got a threat from them saying they would contact my payroll and charge me 69.00 pounds for being late. I have never experienced such threats as this from loan companys before and think its disgusting how they are treating their customers. My friend also has a loan with them and they have her in tears she has paid them back, they said they would waive 20 off her charge of 69.00 but they are still chasing her for the 20 and are constantly calling her and emailing her as we speak. She is distraught.

This company needs to be checked out with its conditions and customer service qualities they are acting like loan sharks not professional lenders.

I am not willing to pay back any monies until I am spoken to in the correct way and any charges taken off, becuase I have explained my situation and they should give me advice not threats.
