I went out of business and they are still holding me to the contract

They did the same thing to me. I was just starting a new sole proprietorship in March. They suckered me into the expenses and started automatically drafting my business checking account.

In November I just couldn't hang on to all the circumstances that surrounded my business. I had too much overhead and folded the company in November. I closed the business, closed my accounts, etc. Now they call me no less than 10 times a day, harassing me for payment. I tried to explain to them that I went out of business and no longer have a need for the machine. They were not understanding at all, demanding that I pay them at once. And demanding that I was locked into a contract. It doesn't matter than I went out of business. They don't care.

This has already hit my personal credit report. It was bad enough having to fold the company now they can't just leave well enough alone.
