Very decieving and sly. Taking advantage of unemployed individuals who need work in a depressed economy!

Fortunately, I just had my first interview a day ago. Their were at least ten other candidates for that particular time slot - filed in like a herd of cattle. They make it look like the competition's tough and you should be obliged.

The interviewer could not give me deliberate or precise answers to any of my questions. He spoke extremely fast! He was a good sales person because he dodged around every objection I brought forward. When I asked him about why such an extreme hiring splurge, given the economy, he said, "Because I can pick the cream of the crop, the best of the best, as we are one of the few comapnies expanding right now."

He continued on and built me up to be a shoe in as a full-time sales manager within six months of training (managing up to 30 other indiviuals and gaining additional commission based on their success). It sounded pretty damn good, too good to be true actually. I was in denial a bit, especially with the economy status right now.

They called that same evening to "congratulate" me that I would be moving on to the second round of interviews and able to shadow someone in the field for a day. They had another person, other than the individual I interviewed with call me to inform me of how impressive I was at my interview and that I was invited back for round two. They really put it on thick! I even had a celebratory drink that night. Thinking, "This could be it. I may have landed a job - FINALLY!"

I was so excited, I immediately mailed out a thank you note for their valuable time (even though I drove over 100 miles to get there without current income and gas prices soaring at above $3.00 per gallon). I had an intuition, so I followed my gut to research the company further than just their own web address.

Oh my goodness! I am so glad I dug a little deeper to find a plethora of negative reports and what the real deal is with this so-called "company".
Needless to say, I will not be going to waste my time nor gas on an entire 8 hour day only to find out what I just recently learned! Complete farce and really sad!
