Total scam! Cyprus

Hello. I'm writing to warn all about tvaddicts. Tv. I loved ny undercover and when i found that this company had them (OR SO I THOUGHT) I was excited. I submitted order in dec 2,07. It should have taken 2-4 weeks to receive the dvd's. I had numerous conversations with the "supposed to be" customer reps, but they kept giving me the run-around. They would tell me that the issue was reported to the manager and that i would be notified by e-mail (that never happened). They gave me a fake tracking number to a real canadian post office! I finally realized that I HAD BEEN HAD! I CONTACTED MY BANKING INSTITUTION and they are located in Cyprus (Yes, the country in europe).

This company should be banned and shut down. How can they prey on true tv addicts like myself and others.

Don't become another victum of this fradulent company/website.
