We were trying to purchase Walker Texas Ranger DVD for seasons 1-10 for Christmas for our daughter. Now it is March and they have taken our money and given us nothing in return.
My husband called they would not let him talk to a mananger or give him any numbers for billing department. When he pressed for a mananger or phone numbers they hung up on him.
We have not received any money back and they wanted to bill our account twice for the same product which they have not given. We need to get rid of this company so no one else becomes a victim to these internet crookes!
