State residents and businesses - beware of Bernadette Beyer!

Jackie (Bernadette) Beyer is a first rate con artist! I had the misfortune of meeting her about three years ago and I and my family are still trying to recover! She has moved to Washington State from Texas (Navasota area-outside Houston) within the week.

She was evicted from her home in October and moved on Halloween. She "rented" her home to a gentleman that had to give her $1300. Down Tuesday night for him to move in Wednesday morning. Only she didn't own the house to rent! The poor gentleman was out on the streets Wednesday night because he had no where to go.

She also moved with a houseful of rented furniture from three different rental places. She removed fixtures from the house after the rightful owners had the property posted.

She also operates online with e-bay selling ceramic horses. She uses the company name of Jackie's Southwestern Designs and uses westerngirll@aol.com as here online addresss. I have heard from four different people that she takes your money and never sends you the items. If she does send the items they arrive broken and you are just out of luck.

She is a con artist and is very good at what she does! All Washitonians beware! I do not recommend that you have anything to do with this woman. She will rob you blind while smiling in your face!

She goes by many names! These are the names I have accumilated so far. Jackie is the most popular first name but she also uses Bernadette, Patricia and Joanne. Beyer is the most popular last name but she also uses Belmonte, Budry, Beyers, and Smit. And in case she is using a different name altogether, she has a six year old daughter named Taylor and a three year old son named Chase.

She is moving into the Graham, Washington area so everyone in that area beware!
