Ripoff fraudulent forgery of Vet signature health status uses many alias

I purchased a Saint Bernard Puppy from Jackie Greatsinger sent the money through PAYpal but my receipt showed the money going to someone else Bernadett Vols. This was my first indication that something was up. I was told that I would get the registration papers in the mail. They never came. Repeated efforts to aquire them with no luck. I later called the Vet listed on the health cert and the number was bogus. The vet was not however and I 411 the name got the name of the VET and spoke to her. She informed me that she had not signed the cert and that her actions were illegal. It is now 9 months and no papers. I sent letters to the BBB. No followup I sent a letter to the Attourney General of Washington State... And they didn't get involved. This woman is fraudulent and dangerous. Her willingness to ship a puppy without proper certification and vet approval shows that she does not care on bit about these animals. DO not buy anything from this woman. I really just wanted the papers to go with my puupy. I have just recently neutered her because without papers no other Saint owner would want to let the male breed with her.
