Lyle ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing to disabled veteran after payment was made by insurance

A corrupt and dishonest chiropractor Lyle Lauritsen from Spooner Wisconsin covertly submitted another persons outstanding debt to a collection agency in my name. Now I have someone elses bad debt on my credit rating.
