Univ Of Phoenix, Billing me for not going to school

Ok not sure how this goes but im so mad. I called to enroll to get my assoc of psych. The enrollment counsler was more like a used car salesman. Well I filled out all the proper info and submitted the FASA info and my enrollment counsler said great I have a class starting on Monday well this was Saturday. I asked her what about my financial aid she said oh not a problem youll be fine it's all taken care of you just wait to get your checks.

Ok I have never done this and I was really excied about all the wonderful aspects of started the road to my new career so I thought this was great. I thought she was being honest.

So I login to my student acount and submit a total of 4 papers on how to learn online and how to look things up on line etc. Then I get an email saying my financial aid is not approved because I filed my taxes incorrectly. Well I immediately call the IRS. I was assured everything was fine with my filing. Hmmmm So I call the financial aid department they once again told me I filed incorrectly.

I now call my counsler and tell her I will no longer be attending due to the fact I cannot get financing through federal aid and I have no interest in obtaining a loan from there creditors or an outside bank which I told her in the beginning and also marked on my application.

I now have a bill for $1945.00. I recieved nothing I was lied to and now it's like pulling teeth to get any responses I get transfered and am told to call all different kinds of numbers to get help yet nothing. I am filing a small claims suit against them for no services rendered. Anyone wanna join?
