Ripoff

I was assured that my credits from another college would transfer. After I was enrolled in my second class, I was told that my credits did not transfer and I would have to retake all of the classes. They used the excuse that I did not fill out an admission application and a enrollment agreement. I have all of the past e-mails showing everything was filled out. Two weeks ago I was mailed letter from UOP congratulating me that I was admitted into the School.in the meantime the counsler let my student loan run out I have not heard anything from him, I been e-mailing and calling but have not heard any response. So now I am stuck with paying back almost four thousand dollars. I think this whole thing is a money scam.
