Jeremy has scammed many out of hard earned money. Most of us wouldn't qualify for conventional lending, he made it so inviting. We wern't desperate just vulnerable. Jeremy never has returned calls (which his words were after handing him our deposit) 'call me tomarrow'. Meanwhile BOGUS tales: personal, mother passed away. I didn't believe it but expressed my condolences. Couple more days and then want my deposit back. Office had outgoing message NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS, Jeremy's cell FULL can't leave message, Emails NOT replied to, vacated YET ANOTHER OFFICE SPACE, left furniture but took files which contain ss#, dl, etc. Your'e young yet Jeremy you have time to do THE RIGHT THING FOR ALL YOUR VICTIMS
