This will sound all to familiar. My family, as many families these days, did not have the credit to buy a home, but we came upon a company too good to be true. Thats exactly what it turned out to be, to good to be true. Jeremy and Richardson Equity said they could get us into the house of our dreams, but that entire experience turned out to be a nightmare. We sent him an earnest payment of $2,500.00 and when he bought our dream house we gave him an additional $2,300.00 We did get our house. But when we arrived, (we did all the transaction via phone/fax/internet) The monthly payment was not what we were told it was $800.00 MORE than origanally quoted. Almost immediately after moving in we found out that there was about $50,000.00 needed in repairs. And that was just so the house would not tumble over since it was leaning very much to one side. A structural enginier said it should not be lived in. I can go on and on about the lies, misrepresentation, and down right fraud. If there i anyone who knows how to commence legal pocedings, or if there is already a class action against him, please contact me. Just reply to this message and I will know who to get ahold of. This isn't over. We ALL deserve to be paid back and criminal charges filed.
