Jorge Pulecio of Puppygalaxy.com isn't a great vendor. I place a book on "Cupid" a good bright English bulldog in August. I sent cost of $625 to arrange him. After I delivered the cash he'd react to my concerns times later where-as before he'd react exactly the same time. I'd several questions about delivery and also the puppies health insurance and he'd excellent solutions for the concerns, again till after i reserved him; that will be when all of the great solutions started to seem like reasons. This continued for months until in late Sept he explained that Cupid had a hernia and began pressing additional pets down on me that we didnt need. He explained it'd be weeks for Cupid to become healthful and prepared to travel but he'd I would like to have pick of the following kitten. I recognized and stated I'd watch for the brand new kitten. I had been on holiday in California in Sept and questioned if we're able to observe some puppies because we were in the region. 5 days later he explained sorry he didnt reach me over time but he may have the ability to fulfill me in the airport. Our fince waited in the airport for 6 hrs but he never named or sent me. After I returned I told him that I needed my money-back because it have been only trouble. He answered with, well heres an all-white dog Ill send you, whenever a time earlier he didnt have any availible. I mentioned no I'd like my money-back and he decided after several unanswered calls and emails. Lastly he explained he might return the cash since Paypal wouldnt allow him, but he'd try to look for me another puppy. Again after many-many emails he explained he might deliver me $325 today and deliver me $300 per week later. Well I acquired the $325 without the paypal fee costs but never got another $300. I named, sent and informed him that I had been likely to document a criticism. He kept indicating 2 more times or even the end-of the week and that I mentioned okay Ill wait. He ultimately delivered mean echeck for $300 that didnt obvious! He's a fraud, he still hasnt settled me, ive sent cash demands and his echecks have a week then don't obvious. DON'T WORK WITH HIM! I've heard about others obtaining obtained to get a much more than I did but I do want to alert people before they get cheated by him when I did.
