Took money out of my bank account for a credit card I never applied for and never received

Ok so this so called company has repeatedly been trying to take money out of my account. And its costing me way more than I can afford in overdraft charges I don't have the money to pay off the overdraws so I can change my account number at the moment and my bank can't or won't stop them. So I decided to look up the company and found that appearently they don't really exist and have gotten ahold of other peoples money to.
