PDM lied and charges credit card without authorization

PDM called me and said they could save on my credit cards and said I could look over a contract. They also said if they could not save me any money they would refund any charges. Within a hour there was a charge of $990.00 on my credit card. I have called and sent written notice that I want this cancelled and a refund. They told me there would be no refund and told me that someone would be calling me. They keep setting up a time for me to talk to someone and then cancellling the phone call. I also agreed to their service on the phone but no one said that there would a be charge.

I am contesting =disputing the charge on my credit card because I did not authorize this charge-I have asked for it to be cancelled-and cannot speak to anyone.

At this time I do not wish to correspond with this company anylonger and have disputed the charge of $990. This company is a total fraud and preys on people trying to take care of your bills..

Avoid this company at all costs. I will be filing complaints also with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card.
