Did not transfer air time from old phone to new phone

I had a tracfone which still had 569 air minutes. I received an e-mail from Tracfone Customer Service saying they were sending me an Accessory replacement (new phone). I received the new cell phone and attempted to activate it on their web site without success. I then phone Customer Service and talked with a lady who was very hard to understand because of her accent. I was requested to place numberous numbers and digits into my new cell phone as directed by their reprentative.
I specifically ask about transfering 569 unused air time from my old phone to my new phone. She said this was being done. She said it would take 24 hours to activate my new phone — just to leave it on and forget it.
After 24 hours, I was able to use my new phone, but it showed I only had 17 minutes air time. (What happened to my 569 minutes air time on my old phone?)
I have sent and e-mail to Trafone telling them about my problem. As yet I have not heard back from them. I am amazed at the number of complaints sent to Ripoff about this company.
New buyers of cell phones, beware! Don't deal with Trafone.
