Lolita James fraudulant co. For gov. Grants DON'T send money!

Found ICFinancials online for gov. Grants. Lolita James called me and said we qualify for a gov. Grant for a low income home improvement grant and that we would definely get $18,200.00 from the gov. To fix our house. She said tons of people have already got money because of them, and that they were a reputable company and that if we ever had any problems what so ever or if something happened that we couldn't get the grant after the background check we would get 100% of our money back, no questions asked!

She said I had to send a money order to them in the amount of $479.00 on may 17th. Well I never received any paper work from them, they would not call me back. I called several times and was threatened by them called a retard, and told to call a lawyer or anybody you want nothing is going to happen to us and they said i am a joke and i was never getting my money back while laughing and hung up on me. One guy even said to me that I don't know who i am messing with and i better stop calling and told me he don't take no s—t from anybody not even his wife.

So after a few month of calling and then getting threatened I did not call anymore because they had my name and address and who know's who's on the other line at that company. I have reported them to the better business bureau in nevada via the internet, obviously they did not reply to many attempt by the better business bureau.

I am now going to look into taking legal action against who ever cashed my money order for that company cause i still have the stub and am going to see who's name the telephone # for that company was in. Down the line someone is responsible for this fraudulant, nasty, thiefing company. I suggest everyone who has gotting ripped off by them find their receipt from their money order and call a lawyer and call the news in your state to make someone do something to stop criminal activity like this. They really hurt my family by robbing us financially, emotionally, and mentally. I cried and was so upset about this for months.
