This company "idprosup" charged my checking account 31.98 on the january 8th, for something I did not authorize. My bank gave me the phone number that is listed with the charge for this company but they never let you speak to a live agent. You are on hold for hours. There web site has no way to reach them. My bank credited back the 31.98 plus the overdraft fee of 35.00.

I come home from work today and they have charged my account again. This is unbelievable, it seems like something could be done to put a stop to this.
