I have telephone service through Verizon. There was a charge of $7.38 for a collect call from Arizona on 11/22/07. I did not receive or accept any collect call. I called Verizon to dispute this charge and was directed to call Billing Resource.
I called Billing Resource and was directed to OSPCommunications. The company personnel insisted that the call was accepted by me and there is nothing he could do about my complaint.
My request for the company's address was met with the man on the other end of the phone quickly rattling offan address and refusing to repeat it.
I feel robbed.
