Gucci-Armani-A.C.R.G. A Parking lot scam

I was approached at the WAMU in Daly City on Junipero Serra Blvd. Around 1:30pm today 1/11/08

This gentleman came up to my window asking if I was Italian spoke Italian etc.

Wanted me to come to his SUV a dark blue to black color with mud splashes all around it. Claimed he was her in town for the Moscone show and had too much fun the night before at the race track in the east bay. Showing me a gambling chip from there telling me the same story pretty much already told here already.

In short, he had no money to pay for the rented SUV, didn't want to pay the taxes on the jackets, all leather, making sure I noticed the buttons with A's on them (personally I don't anything about that)

They looked nice but I don't have the kind of cash to just slop it down like that. He asked for $5 maybe $600.00 then when I thought maybe I could part with $300.00 he was willing but would really like at least $500.00.

My reality was I couldn't/didn't have that kind of cash (Thank you!) So I came out of the bank and apologized really feeling bad I couldn't help him then he asked if I could do it for $200.00, I left him with nothing but a hand shake.

Came home looking up anything first starting with buttons, no luck, Nordstrom's no leather, Armani, this was taking too long. So I remember the card and typed in that info and BAM! I found the reports posted about the same situation.

I called the bank to let them know, gave them a description about the SUV etc.

That's all I have to share, I wasn't taken, I felt bad, then/now I'm so relieved because I started to think greedy thoughts almost going back to find him, helping him out then helping myself out financially thinking I could make my money back plus.
