United Resort Marketing
Promised certified letter to confirm bid right before Christmas, does not answer calls false statements Delton

Education & Science

The promises that the company made me are what trouble me. They assured me that my property would sell before the 90 days were up on the contract, everytime I would try to ask "what if my property does not sell in that amount of time" he would interrupt me say I assure you Mrs. It will sell.

I kept my family out of the negotiation process so they would not have to go through the ups and downs as I expected would happen through a selling process. So from July to December we went back and forth. It was not until December that I decided to involve my family. When I got the call we were to receive a certified letter from United Resort Marketing so we could confirm our bid from our buyer. I was so excited I could not contol it any longer, so during dinner a few weeks before Christmas I told my family that we sold our property and we should be expecting a certified letter in a few days, and they are"working very hard to get a check before Christmas".

After calling to make sure our letter had been sent out. Which he assured me it had, my family was very happy to getting this before Christmas, It was going to make things a lot easier especially that time of year.

After waiting to receive the letter day after day I tried calling to check on things and have been ignored since. It was very diffucult to tell my family that we have been scammed and we would not be getting the money and that we had actually lost some. My heart was broken and still is.
