Idprosup. comautopay
Deduct funds from my checking account and it was unauthorized. $31.98

Idprosup. Comautopay withdrew $31.98 from my account on January 4 and I have not been able to get in contact with them. I did not authorize them to take this money. I saw that 3 different times this company attempted to draft my account causing me $32.00 each time and putting me in overdraft. I would like an investigation into this matter and a refund on my money if at all possible. The total taken from me is $127.98.

My bank told me that the only thing that I can do is to close my account and open another and at this time it is impossible since I have so many other business transactions involving my account. Please if you could help me I will appreciate it.
