Charged me for Debit transactions I DID NOT MAKE www.encoremarketing.com

I was reviewing my bank statements when I saw a charge for $19.80 repeatedly on my account. I called the bank and they said it was from an "Encore Membersip Club Auto" or something. Anyways, there was no number to contact the company, and before I knew it, I was overdrawn on my account by $150 from this company. They charged me DAILY. For all sorts of different "services" for which I never agreed to. I hadn't even been online for about 2 months when this happened due to being out of town. So I don't see how they got my information. I faxed the bank a paper stating that I didn't and had never authorized this company to access my account, and am waiting to hear back. I am also closing this account, because now many of their "partners" are charging me as well. So before I go bankrupt, I have to switch accounts which is also going to mess up my direct deposit for payroll from the company I work for.
