Withdrew from my account without authorization Internet

This inhumane company withdrew from my account w/o authorization. I dont' even know how these people recieved my personal information. Very upset. I dont really use this account, and it's overdrawn because of this fraud. I'm afraid to do business on the internet now. I called the number on my withdrawal notice. Spoke to a rep who called herself Ricky. She said that I had ordered a cd. And I did not.

I was asked if anyone else had possession of my card; my reply to her was evidently you do. I can't believe this. Anyway after going back & forth with her. She gave me a confirmation code and told me my refund would be sent in 3-5 days. We'll see how real that will be.
