Bought a website for 47, in June and has never worked right via powerpromote.com

I bought a website from powerpromote.com, called digitalwavemedia in June for 47 dollars. At first it worked fine and then I could"t get banners on or anything. I discoverd the website would not come up in the internet explorer. I emailed the company telling them that I could't get banners on it because free banner sites emailed me saying they could't find the site.

I would get auto repones on what I needed to know now and then emailed them several times, then they were upgrading servers to better serve me. I would get the same answer for different questions, we are upgrading our servers sorry for the inconvience. They are associted with clickbank also.

Before I realized this was a hopless cause I bought monthly traffic from 2CO.com*Clicks2You for 4.83 and they want to do this for 4 Years. I don't think so, because I have seen no traffic sent to my site because you can see 0 balances on clickbank everyday. If you can't bring a site up on the internet I paid for how are they going to send traffic to it???
