They charged my credit card for $790.00 and I never recieved Merchandise... Total scam

This is a total scam I ordered $790 worth of merchandise Which i never recieved later on I got an email stating my items were ready to be shipped and I never recieved the items nor did they reply my emails when i claimed what was going on. I tried calling as well and its a bogus number which says you'll be attended shortly by a cust rep then the call just cuts off. And it says please try again later. Who ever these people are need to go to jail and pay for the damage they are causing everyone they should also be banned from putting up that website. That is very wrong
