In Oct. we moved into an apt. Formerly occupied by a heavy smoker.

We answerd an ad with a coupon to clean airducts of smoke smell for $89. This turned to $659. (mold, they said). The smell returned in less than a week. We began the first of dozens of fruitless call's to ABC.
They responded in one of 3 ways: 1. Make another unkept appointment 2. When asked, the mngr. Was out. 3. You have the wrong number.

When I asked Avi (mngr) for my money back he said no, you can sue but we aren't worried about BBB, lawsuits or the attorney general.
These scammers need to be stoped.
