Russ And Dawn Beware if Registered for a makeup training class in late in I registered, couldn't attend, now cannot get my money back!

I registered for session in Chicago in October but could not attend. I called and spoke to Russ who told me to sign up for a session in Chicago in 2008. Kept waiting to register for a new session. No new sessions on website. Contacted the company again and this time spoke to Dawn. I explained what Russ told me. She had no record of my payment! She also mentioned that Russ is no longer with her company. Dawn told me she would look into my payment. I have since then tried numerous times to contact Dawn and receive no response. I am now in the process of working with American Express to get the money refunded.

Dawn seems sweet but I think she is overwhelmed with a real mess left by Russ. Stay away from this organization. At least for this point in time.
