Ripoff - cashed my check but didn't send information promised

I mailed a "priority certificate" along with a check for $29 in October to communications publishing, and in return I expected to receive a "invaluable directory" on America's secret cash giveaways plus 18 bonus reports.
I've been expecting to receive my product in the mail any day, thinking that the publisher waited until the first of the year for updated Government information.
I was trying to locate information to contact Communications Publishing regarding my order when I came across this site.
The original solicitation they sent me said "How would you feel if... YOU let One hundred thousand dollars free form the government slip right through your hands? I must answer with I would have felt alot better than I do now.
Knowing that I let someone scam me out of $29 of my hard earned dollars which I could have used to provide for my family. And now that I have to try and retrieve my money that same company is also wasting my time on top of stealing my money.
