Collection agency illegally attempting to collect a debt

This company has been attempting to collect a "debt" from me that I am not responsible for. I was receiving several phone calls per week insisting I owed money I don't. This complaint should also go against Progressive Insurance who contacted Insurex to attempt to collect a debt that does not exist. The people I have dealt with at Insurex have tried intimidation and are very rude. I have since contacted an attorney who told them that what they are doing is illegal and they are to stop contacting me or charges would be made against them. I have also contacted the Better Business Burea.
